A: Monday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm | Sunday: By Appointment Only

Q: Do you sell outdoor furniture?

A: Yes, we do! In addition to indoor furnishings, we also have a separate store area devoted entirely to outdoor furnishings and accessories. We strive to provide a little bit of everything here at Augustus & Carolina!

Q: Do you offer interior design assistance?

A: Absolutely! Yes, we have an entire team of interior designers available to come to your house and assist in your at-home projects of all varieties, both indoor and outdoor.

Q: Do you provide registry capabilities?

A: Yes! With such an expansive variety of gifts and home furnishings, we can set up gift registries for all occasions including weddings and wish lists.

Q: Do you offer warranty options?

A: We support manufacturers warranties.

Q: Can I have a product shipped to me?

A: Yes, of course! We offer both shipping and delivery options on all orders to provide our customers with the utmost convenience. We can have most products shipped directly to you. We will also receive your purchases in our store, check for damages and deliver to you at a convenient and scheduled time.

Q: Can your furniture be customized?

A: It depends on the collection. Some pieces can be customized and special ordered, while others will be limited to what we currently have in stock on our sales floor. Our sales associates in the store will be able to help go over all of your options on each piece to find you exactly what you’re looking for!
